Terms of Service

All prices are in USD. I only accept payment through PayPal.

I reserve the right to decline any commissions before payment is made if it is out of my comfort zone or I don’t want to do it.

I am not required to disclose the reason as to why I denied providing said services.

I require the full amount upfront on orders.

Regarding PayPal fees, the client shall be responsible for it if there is any.

I always reserve the right to any work produced by me and I may use them at any time and for any reason I deem necessary.

I reserve the right to use what I make for you in my portfolio. You (the buyer) reserve the right to request it be watermarked. You will not be notified if I use any of the artwork.

You may not claim any of my artwork as created by you. You must credit me if asked.

You may not resell/redistribute the artwork without my consent.

You reserve the right to request small changes within 5 days of your purchase. If I agree that these requested changes are small, you will get the changes for free.

If you request several edits deemed by me as a lot or exceedingly difficult, the charge is the price of your commission plus an hourly rate for my time doing your changes. You will be notified of these charges prior to me beginning your edits.

You are not allowed under any circumstance to request a chargeback.

I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS UNLESS I AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR COMMISSION!
